Jim Crouch has also worked as an art teacher until retiring recently to concentrate on developing his own art.<br> Jim Crouch has exhibited in galleries in Cornwall, Wales and around the UK including Richmond Art Gallery, Oriel Gallery, South Wales and The Chase Art Centre, Wadebridge.James Crouch's recent work has been inspired by the area around Padstow Cornwall where he has created vibrant paintings of the sea,sand, dunes and plants of the Cornish landscape. Jim Crouch's close affinity with Wales has also led him to produce recent work of the mountains and landscape surrounding Snowdonia. Jim Crouch incorporates landscape, figurative,abstract, and symbolic images in his painting. The artist Jim Crouch uses a variety of media - oils, watercolour, inks, pastels and mixed media to create his paintings of Cornwall, Wales, people, boats and symbolic images.<br> Jim Crouch has also worked as an art teacher in Yorkshire and Cornwall whilst continuing to paint and exhibit his artwork in galleries across the UK.</p> </body>
